Grounded

Having a Godly influence in your life is such an important aspect of shaping who we become and Grounded is eternally grateful for the amazing people who took the time to help mold and shape us! Ryan, Toben, Sam Bhatt and Producer Whitney sit down for the latest installment of Free For All Friday. Last week they discussed those appointed to TIME Magazine's 100 Most Influential People list. This week they share the names of those they would have added to the list, as well as, the people that have greatly impacted and been major influences in their own lives. Who are the most influential people in your life?

Sam grew up in the church and in a Christian home but rejected Christ for many years. After some bad decisions and wrong turns, Sam accepted Christ’s love and dedicated the rest of his life to serving Him. He has a heart for students and wants to help them find Jesus Christ. He graduated from Emmaus Bible College in 2000 and has since been traveling all over the world speaking to students and young adults in churches, conferences and other venues. Sam married his wife, Amber, almost 9 years ago, and have been blessed with their beautiful daughter Isabella and son Liam. Sam Bhatt was a youth pastor in Colorado Springs at church in Colorado Springs for just about 4 years and has since started a church, www.alethiachurch.org. He is now working fulltime in sales and marketing for Salem Web Network, while in the midst of being a dad and a church planter. The job has surrounded himself with people who truly love Christ, and what the gospel stands for.
