Protecting Black Life - Part II

Guest: Rev. Arnold Culbreath

Web Extras

There is an epidemic in our country and it is the leading killer among African Americans. Planned Parenthood and the abortuaries are targeting the urban communities and something has to be done. We need to challenge our pastors, our churches, and ourselves to help those men and women faced with abortion to understand their value and worth in the heart and the eyes of God. Back with us today is Reverend Arnold M. Culbreath, a man who is using all of the gifts that God has bestowed on him to spread the pro-life message and share the gospel with all whom he encounters.

Rev. Arnold M. Culbreath is the Urban Outreach Director of Life Issues Institute, Inc., an organization established to serve the educational needs of the pro-life movement, internationally headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He oversees its Urban Outreach Initiative, Protecting Black Life, with a primary objective of reaching the Black community across the U.S. with the pro-life message, particularly as it relates to abortion (the LEADING cause of death in the African American community) and the devastating effects it is having on us as a people. Holding degrees in Architectural Engineering and Theology, Rev. Culbreath has worked simultaneously in both fields for many years, and is an ordained minister with 26 years experience. Throughout his life, he has been intentional in promoting racial reconciliation and developing cross-racial relationships, positively impacting lives on many different levels.

Arnold is a frequent national and international speaker on the topic of abortion and peaceful, practical things we can do about it. He regularly equips pastors, churches, pregnancy resource centers, colleges, high schools and community groups to end abortion through education, empowering them to effectively reach the individuals and communities they serve.

Arnold is also a professional saxophonist and has recorded on over 50 CDs of various artists. In 2009 he released his first solo Instrumental Praise & Worship CD. To learn more about his music please visit http://cdbaby.com/cd/ArnoldMCulbreath
