There is a growing backlash against the transgender ideology being pushed on innocent young children. Multiple states have passed or are considering legislation to get this radical ideology out of our classrooms.
Unfortunately, the Biden Administration's Department of Education is aggressively pushing the ideology. They are using the vehicle of new regulations that would completely undermine the iconic Title IX law that has protected women. The Biden Administration is proposing that Title IX now be used to protect "gender identity."
Here is what we wrote on August 2nd about these dangerous new proposed regulations:
"Under this radical new approach, boys who claim to be girls must be allowed to use girls' bathrooms and locker rooms, as well as compete in girls' sports. A law designed to protect real girls and women will now be used to protect fake girls and women. Moreover, children who insist they are transgender can demand to be addressed by pronouns that do not match their biological sex."
You have until September 12th to send a comment telling the Department of Education that we don't want Title IX's protection for girls and young women to be distorted with radical gender ideology.
