Host:Dr. James Dobson
The U.S. Supreme Court recently expanded discrimination laws to include those in the LGBTQ community. Dr. James Dobson and his guest, attorney Martin Nussbaum, examine the implications that this decision has on religious institutions and the cultural momentum that swings against religious expression.
Martin Nussbaum is a religious freedom attorney, a trial lawyer and appellate advocate. He is also the General Counsel of the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute. Martin is the senior partner at Nussbaum Speir Gleason, a law firm that represents religious institutions across the country. He most notably led the litigation team that won religious exemption for over 1,000 Catholic and Protestant organizations from the Affordable Care Act's contraceptive and abortifacient mandate.
