Host:Dr. James Dobson
A recent decision by the Supreme Court has set in motion an ideological collision course between the LGBTQ movement and those who believe in upholding religious freedom. Dr. James Dobson and attorney Martin Nussbaum analyze the long-term impact of this ruling and the growing disappointment in the supposed “conservative” majority on the bench.
Martin Nussbaum is a religious freedom attorney, a trial lawyer and appellate advocate. He is also the General Counsel of the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute. Martin is the senior partner at Nussbaum Speir Gleason, a law firm that represents religious institutions across the country. He most notably led the litigation team that won religious exemption for over 1,000 Catholic and Protestant organizations from the Affordable Care Act's contraceptive and abortifacient mandate.
