Dawson McAllister is an internationally recognized and gifted communicator. During his 35-year career he has spoken to millions of teenagers and young adults through television, student conferences and radio. In January 1991, McAllister began broadcasting a live two-hour call-in program for teenagers on 13 radio stations called Dawson McAllister Live!.In January 1994, his program was given the Talk Show of the Year award by the National Religious Broadcasters Association.Dawson's newest show, The Hope Line is broadcast across the U.S. on Christian radio stations.Dawson has written numerous books and manuals including: Search for Significance, Please Dont Tell My Parents and How to Know If You're Really in Love. Dawson has been married to his wife Ruth for 43 years. They have 2 grown sons and 1 precious granddaughter. Dawson and Ruth live on a farm just south of Nashville, Tennessee.
