See You at the Library with Kirk Cameron – Part 1

We should never underestimate who God may use to further His Kingdom. It could even be the “Mike Seaver” from next door. On today’s edition of Family Talk, co-host Gary Bauer interviews actor Kirk Cameron about his faith journey from an atheist to a follower of Jesus Christ. Discover the voice the Lord has given Kirk in support of Christian values through his many endeavors, including the national library campaign called, “See You at the Library.” 1 Peter 2:15 states, “For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people.”

Kirk Cameron

Kirk Cameron is a speaker, evangelist, and actor. He became a household name with his role as Mike Seaver on the 1980’s sitcom, Growing Pains. During that time, Kirk found the Lord and since then, has invested his time and energy into faith and family-focused films, including Fireproof and Lifemark. Kirk is the host of the TBN television series Takeaways and One on One with Kirk Cameron. He also partnered with Brave Books for a children’s faith book campaign called, “See You at the Library.” Kirk and his wife, Chelsea, have six grown children, and host an all-expenses-paid summer camp called Camp Firefly, which is for children who are terminally ill and their families.
