Michael Donnelly, Esq. previously served as HSLDA Senior Counsel as well as Director of Global Outreach. In those roles he served members in seven states and coordinated HSLDA’s support of homeschool freedom around the world. While at HSLDA, he also served as an adjunct professor of government at Patrick Henry College, where he taught constitutional law.
