The Gathering will be held October 14-16, 2026.
- Wednesday, October 14: Welcome reception, followed by dinner and opening session
- Thursday, October 15: Morning and evening sessions, with the afternoon open for free time
- Friday, October 16: Morning session and program, the event concludes by noon
Rooms for October 14th and 15th are offered to you as our guest.
- Additional nights are available before and after the event at your cost.
- We will make your room reservation for you. There is no need to contact the Broadmoor.
