Dr. Ted Engstrom was president emeritus of World Vision International. He previously served as executive director and president of Youth for Christ International. In addition, he was one of the founding members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). Dr. Engstrom authored or co-authored more than 50 books, including The Pursuit of Excellence, and The Fine Art of Friendship. He went home to be with the Lord in 2006.
