Dr. Christopher Yuan (pronounced you-on) is an author, speaker and Bible professor who taught at Moody Bible Institute for twelve years. His speaking ministry is centered on Christian faith and sexuality, and has grown to reach millions both domestically and internationally. He regularly speaks at conferences, on college campuses, and at churches. Along with his mother, Angela, Christopher co-authored their memoir, Out of a Far Country: A Gay Son’s Journey to God, A Broken Mother’s Search for Hope. He is also the author of Giving a Voice to the Voiceless, and Holy Sexuality and the Gospel: Sex, Desire, and Relationships Shaped by God’s Grand Story. Christopher graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2005, and received a master’s degree in biblical exegesis in 2007, and a doctorate of ministry in 2014. He resides in San Diego, California.
