Diet Eman
Diet Eman was a Dutch nationalist and Nazi resister at the time of the German invasion of Holland during World War II. She and her fiancé, along with many other members of the resistance, worked to hide Jewish people from the Nazis. Diet recounted her experience of living under Nazi control and the faith that sustained her in the book entitled, Things We Couldn’t Say. She went home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2019, at the age of 99. Diet is survived by her two grown children and one grandchild.
