Martin Nussbaum

Martin Nussbaum is a religious freedom attorney, a trial lawyer and appellate advocate. He is also the General Counsel of the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute. Martin is the senior partner at Nussbaum Speir Gleason, a law firm that represents religious institutions across the country. He most notably led the litigation team that won religious exemption for over 1,000 Catholic and Protestant organizations from the Affordable Care Acts contraceptive and abortifacient mandate.
