Iran’s First Direct Attack on Israel: An Alarming Development

In this week's episode of Defending Faith, Family, and Freedom with Gary Bauer, senior vice president of public policy at the James Dobson Family Institute, Bauer discusses Iran's recent drone and missile attacks on Israel and the Biden administration's alarming response. Rather than supporting Israel in what should be a strategic military strike in retaliation for this unprecedented Iranian act of war, President Biden and his Department of State warned Israel that the U.S. would not support any Israeli military action against Iran. What? "This isn't the America I know and love," says Bauer. Suppose this lack of support from a U.S. president isn't enough. In that case, Bauer plays audio from a meeting of left-wing activists in Chicago, Illinois, where the speaker, Shabbir Rizvi, head of the U.S. Palestinian Community Network, taught some 300 attendees how to chant "Death to Israel" and "Death to America" in Farsi, the official language of Iran. Unfortunately, this event in Chicago was not an isolated incident. There were similar demonstrations in every major city in the U.S., where leftist groups chanted the same vile slogans. Bauer issues a stark warning to America, saying that it is undeniable that we now have antisemitic, anti-American barbarians living inside the United States who hate Jews and hate America. The Biden administration's open-border immigration policy has allowed the mass importation of people who hate America and everything for which it stands. Christian, if you don't think these individuals hate you, too, you are mistaken. Pray for Israel. Pray for America that Almighty God will restore it to its founding as one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
