Following the call of the Lord, Drs. Richard and Lowell Furman co-founded World Medical Mission in 1977 with the help of Franklin Graham, now the president and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse. On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. James Dobson talks with Dr. Furman about the early stages of their ministry and their commitment to not only save and heal the body, but more importantly, to save the soul by presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ to a hurting and desperate world. Luke 10:9 says, “Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The Kingdom of God has come near you.’”

Did Hitler Win?

We at JDFI were deeply troubled by what we saw in New York City on Veterans Day, a day when we honor the men and women who have worn the uniform of the American armed forces. Thousands of marchers filled the streets of that city calling for a second Holocaust to “kill the Jews.”
