Dr. Jeff Struecker is an author and retired U.S. Army Ranger. He is also the founding pastor of 2 Cities Church, based in Columbus, Georgia. At the age of 18, Dr. Struecker enlisted in the Army as an infantryman, and retired after over 22 years of active service as a decorated major and chaplain. His combat experience includes participation in the invasion of Panama, Operation Desert Storm, the “Black Hawk Down” firefight and rescue mission in Somalia, and more than a dozen combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dr. Struecker and his wife, Dawn, have five adult children and four grandchildren.
