Forgiveness is a choice and, without God, many would say it is impossible. On today’s classic edition of Family Talk, Dr. James Dobson speaks with Diet Eman, a Holocaust survivor who was imprisoned in a Nazi concentration camp for her involvement with the Dutch Resistance, and helping Jews during World War II. Learn more as Mrs. Eman tells of the atrocities that she was made to endure, and how she not only came to terms with her experiences, but fought against the evil surrounding her.

Diet Eman

Diet Eman was a Dutch nationalist and Nazi resister at the time of the German invasion of Holland during World War II. She and her fiancé, along with many other members of the resistance, worked to hide Jewish people from the Nazis. Diet recounted her experience of living under Nazi control and the faith that sustained her in the book entitled, Things We Couldn't Say. She went home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2019, at the age of 99. Diet is survived by her two grown children and one grandchild.
