Democrats have introduced legislation to expand the court, and President Biden has established a commission to study “court reform.” The changes have nothing to do with increasing judicial efficiency and everything to do with politics. Adding justices to the Supreme Court would ensure that the administration’s radical agenda would be implemented, unchallenged, and unchecked.
