The U.S. Supreme Court recently heard oral arguments in a pivotal abortion case, and the justices seem willing to reconsider Roe v. Wade.
Now, Democrat lawmakers are renewing their push to pack the Court.
Explaining their effort to turn the U.S. Supreme Court into a super-legislature, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) referred to the current justices as “the most partisan court in history,” and argued that “[w]e must protect a woman’s right to choose.”
This brazen attack on the judiciary—known as court-packing—is as illegitimate as it is transparent. In fact, President Joe Biden even condemned it in 1983 as a “bonehead idea.” But today, the radical Left is increasingly supportive of the proposal to stack the Court, virtually ensuring that the far Left’s radical agenda would be implemented, unchallenged and unchecked. The end result would be the fundamental transformation of America and the preservation of power for the Democratic Party.
