Far-Left Plan to Pack the Supreme Court is Dealt a Blow

The Supreme Court is the most ideologically conservative it has been in years. Naturally, the far Left will stop at nothing to change this. Democrats introduced legislation to “pack the Court” by increasing the number of justices from 9 to 13 seats, and President Joe Biden established a commission to study “court reform.”

But now these radical plans have been dealt a serious blow.

The presidential commission—a partisan group if ever there was one—has nevertheless issued a draft report that strongly cautioned against expanding the nation’s high court. Increasing the number of justices, the panel said, “would reinforce the notion that judges are partisan actors.”

Of course it would! More than two-thirds of Americans oppose “court-packing,” and even President Joe Biden previously condemned it as a “bonehead idea.”

While we applaud this draft report, the battle is far from over. As the Supreme Court considers two critical abortion cases in the coming weeks, the Left will surely redouble its efforts to take over the judiciary.

Our friends at First Liberty, the largest legal organization in the nation dedicated exclusively to defending religious liberty for all Americans, have launched a website that exposes the lie of “Court Reform.” Visit SupremeCoup.com today to learn how you can take action and let your voice be heard.
