Sesame Street Turns Into LGBTQ Indoctrination Avenue

In a recent “Family Day” episode, Sesame Street did something it has never done before, and LGBTQ activists are thrilled.

The children’s TV program introduced a “married gay couple.”

No one should be surprised that Sesame Street was all in for “Pride Month.” The show had previously featured Billy Porter, a “gay icon” who brought his black velvet tuxedo gown to the program. Indeed, Sesame Street has long been located near the intersection of culture and progressive ideology. Tony Perkins, President of Family Research Council, has observed that Sesame Street seems less focused on the alphabet these days and more focused on teaching the letters “L-G-B-T.”

As a parent, what can you do?

First, remember that what your kids watch, they learn. So what they watch matters. As a parent, you can—and need—to take control over what is presented to your children, and you need to take the responsibility to teach your children or grandchildren age-appropriate truth about how God created us male and female. That is your privilege and responsibility to share His design for human sexuality and marriage.

Second, let your voice be heard. Contact the Sesame Workshop and tell them what you think about the content being broadcast on “the Street.” If we don’t, who will?
