Shannon Bream grew up memorizing Scripture while enrolled in Awana. Her mother first taught her Philippians 2:3, which says, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility, value others above yourselves.” With God’s providence, after graduating from college and law school, and then struggling as a young lawyer, Shannon persevered in her quest to ‘value others above herself,’ culminating in her landing a plum job as host of Fox News @ Night.
