Matt Hammitt is a singer, songwriter and speaker. For twenty years, he was the lead singer in the band, Sanctus Real. He is the recipient of three Dove Awards and has been nominated for two Grammy Awards. After leaving the band in 2016, Matt became a solo artist and joined the FamilyLife team as a keynote speaker and performer at marriage and men's conferences across the U.S. He and his family have been featured on national television, including ABC News and The 700 Club. Matt is also the author of Lead Me: Finding Courage to Fight For Your Marriage, Children and Faith. He and his wife, Sarah, have four children, and reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
