Cowardice and Courage in Nebraska

The Nebraska Department of Education has released its proposed health education standards. Not surprisingly, they are cowering before LGBTQ activists and have set forth plans that would require teachers to present inappropriate content to children as young as 4 and 5 years old, and put highly sexualized content in front of pre-teens.

If you aren’t angered by this, you may need to check your pulse.

Thankfully, Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts is one of many conservatives opposing this outrageous attempt to indoctrinate children. He issued a statement “calling on the Nebraska Department of Education to scrap the proposed sex education topics that are included in their draft health standards,” noting that the content is not only “age-inappropriate,” but it would also “inject non-scientific, political ideas into curriculum standards.”

Governor Ricketts needs our support, and the Nebraska Department of Education needs our strongest condemnation. Below are links that will allow you to do both!
