Dr. James Dobson Condemns President Biden’s First Step Toward Packing the U.S. Supreme Court

April 9, 2021 — President Joe Biden continues to bow to the demands of his cohorts on the extreme left. On Friday, he issued an executive order to form a commission that will study “reforms” to the United States Supreme Court. This brazen move is the first step toward increasing the number of justices on the nation’s highest court, otherwise known as “court packing.”

Such a change to the Court would delight supporters of Biden’s radical leftist agenda, for obvious reasons; thanks to President Donald Trump’s appointees, the US Supreme Court is now generally regarded as conservative-leaning. Accordingly, it poses a potential obstacle to President Biden’s aspirations to fundamentally transform America into a land full of secularist ideologies and void of religious freedom.

Expanding the Court would have grave consequences; even liberal Justice Stephen Breyer has cautioned against it, noting such a move would erode public trust in the Supreme Court and thereby weaken its power as an important check on the other two branches of government. If the left is successful in packing the Court, our sweet land of liberty may never recover.

We implore all Christians and people of faith to let their voices be heard! Contact the White House today and let them know that we will not stand for these outrageous political shenanigans.
