In Matthew 5, Jesus calls us to be the “salt of the earth.” The right amount of salt is great seasoning when sprinkled, but it’s terrible fertilizer when dumped. On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. James Dobson continues his conversation with Dr. Bill Peel and Dr. Walt Larimore, about their book, Workplace Grace, which focuses on equipping Christians to evangelize at work. Dr. Peel notes that when it comes to showing signs of your faith in the workplace, you can raise a faith flag in just 30 seconds by offering to pray for a troubled colleague, and Dr. Larimore stresses that workplace grace is “going to work intentionally, in the power of the Holy Spirit, and leaving the results to God.”

The FBI’s Richmond, Virginia, division produced an intelligence report claiming that “white supremacy” is rampant among Orthodox Catholic groups that desire to retain the Latin Mass in Catholic churches. Just as disturbing is that the FBI expressed confidence it could infiltrate the traditionalist Catholics.

Oral arguments took place this week in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in a critical parental rights case. Iowa parents are challenging the radical policies of the Linn-Mar Community School District that allow teachers and school officials to “socially transition” or change a student’s name and pronouns without the knowledge of their parents.
