A Majority of Americans Oppose "Court Packing"

We told you last week about the Democrats' plan to expand the U.S. Supreme Court from 9 to 13 seats. More than two-thirds of Americans oppose this "court-packing," and even President Joe Biden once condemned it as a "bonehead idea."

But if Americans don't speak up, that bonehead idea might become reality.

Democrats have introduced legislation to expand the court, and President Biden has established a commission to study "court reform." The changes have nothing to do with increasing judicial efficiency and everything to do with politics.
