The polls are shifting again. The race is still a toss-up, but virtually every poll shows former President Donald Trump with the momentum.
Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign has adopted a new tone. It started with a joy, joy, joy vibe. Now, the emphasis is fear, fear, fear. Harris labels Trump “dangerous.” Her surrogates compare him to Hitler. After two serious assassination attempts on Trump, this rhetoric could inspire more violence. Please pray for the safety of Trump and Harris.
The Harris-Walz Administration hopes the abortion issue will drive a massive turnout of young women. With America facing growing military threats abroad, rising crime, and an economy leaving millions of families behind, it would be deeply troubling if the election was decided by a large turnout of voters committed only to the “right” to take innocent human life.
Trump continues to promote his plan to secure the border and stop the vast influx of migrants entering our country. Open borders are not moral, compassionate, or safe. They have contributed to now-well-established foreign criminal gangs in our country. Trump is promising to expel as many illegal aliens as possible, a plan that most Americans now support. He also just committed to hiring ten thousand more border guards.
Early voting is underway. The James Dobson Family Institute is praying for an enormous Christian turnout voting for faith, family, and freedom.
To be salt and light, we must be involved in America’s elections.
