There is a disgusting and dangerous effort underway to force Justice Clarence Thomas off the Supreme Court. Justice Thomas' confirmation took place on October 15, 1991, after a vicious campaign to smear him. At the time, Thomas called the tactics employed by his opponents a "high-tech lynching."

A year ago, there was an unprecedented leak of the draft Supreme Court opinion in the Dobbs case that ended the fiction that our Constitution contains a hidden right to abortion. The leak shocked court experts and there were immediate calls to find the culprit. Because of how draft court decisions are handled, the leaker was likely one of the court clerks, or even one of the justices. Sadly, an investigation has not resulted in finding that person.
If you listen to the liberal media, there's an odd narrative out there. It goes something like this: Since Christians lost the battle over same-sex marriage, they are desperately searching for a new "target" in their "right-wing culture war." And, according to the left's narrative, Christians have decided to go after "vulnerable trans kids."
In this week's episode, Gary Bauer walks through President Biden’s often bizarre and mostly disturbing announcement that he is running in 2024. First, the President inexplicably refers to abortion as “healthcare.” Bauer calls this an intentional prevarication, as “pregnancy is not a disease!” Following this ridiculous claim, Biden pivots to promoting “freedom.” To hear more, please listen to Bauer’s most recent podcast.
Pro-life advocates, including JDFI, are disappointed in the Supreme Court's 7-2 decision to preserve, for now, continued access to the abortion pill mifepristone. Only Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented from the decision.
