Donovan Northcote manages Teen Challenges first California based adolescent center in Orange County. Previously he has been a staff member of Teen Challenge moving on into a youth pastor and then into the construction the world as a Concrete Mixer driver. Nicole Northcote is the Founder/Organizer of Crossroads Car Shows. She is the wife of Donovan and daughter of Barry Meguiar. Together, Donovan and Nicole have 3 children.
