John Smithbaker is the co-founder and CEO of Fathers in the Field, a non-profit organization with a mission to share God’s love with hurting boys who lack a godly father figure. He previously served as president and CEO of the Brunton Outdoor Group, a leading manufacturer of outdoor adventure products. John is an accomplished author and considers it an honor to be a catalyst for the kingdom by taking on the cause of being a father to the fatherless. He and his wife, Tracey, have three children and make their home in Wyoming.
