Morton Blackwell
Morton Blackwell is the president of The Leadership Institute, an educational foundation he founded in 1979. He is a member of the Arlington County Republican Committee and is on Virginias Republican National Committee. Morton also serves as the Organizer and Chairman of the Conservative Leadership PAC, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Reagan Alumni Association. He served on the White House Staff from 1981-1984 as Special Assistant to President Reagan. Morton currently lives in Arlington Virginia with his wife Helen of 46 years. They have two sons and two grandchildren.
