Rob Parsons, a lawyer by profession,is a best-selling author and international speaker who has been speaking and writing on family and work-life issues for over 20 years, since he launched Care for the Family in 1988. Rob and Dianne live in Cardiff and have two grown-up children, Katie and Lloyd. Dianne Parsons has been very involved with the work of Care for the Family since it began in 1988, and over the years has spoken to thousands of people at Care for the Family and other events.
