Cynthia Ulrich Tobias is a national speaker and a best-selling author of 13 books including: You Can't Make Me, The Way They Learn and Every Child Can Succeed. Cynthia has spent over 25 years in private practice, 8 years teaching high school, and 6 years in law enforcement. She has been a featured guest on radio broadcasts and television networks across North America.
