Dr. Robert Eckel is a professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado along with the title of Endowed Chair. He reviews for 50 medical journals and has published more than 80 research papers himself. Dr. Eckel is a member and past president of the American Heart Association as well as several other boards that address nutrition, genetics, and health in general. He lives in Denver with his wife Margaret.
