Dr. Dennis Swanberg or The Swan is a popular comedian, motivational speaker, ordained minister and author. He served the local church as a pastor for 22 years. Dr. Swanberg now speaks to over 250,000 people every year on speaking tours. He has hosted two successful TV series called The Dennis Swanberg Show and Swans Place. Dr. Swanberg has created dozens of comedy CDs and DVDs over the years. He received his B.A. from Baylor University, double majoring in both Greek and Religion. Dr. Swanberg earned both a Masters of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Lauree have two grown sons, Dusty and Chad, and live in Dallas, Texas.
