Dr. Gary Habermas is a New Testament scholar and theologian. He has dedicated his professional life to the examination of the relevant historical, philosophical, and theological issues surrounding the death and resurrection of Jesus. Dr. Habermas currently serves as the distinguished research professor of apologetics and philosophy at the Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity. He is also the author or co-author of over 45 books, including The Risen Jesus and Future Hope, The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus, and Risen Indeed: A Historical Investigation Into the Resurrection of Jesus. Gary and his wife, Eileen, have seven grown children and thirteen grandchildren.
