Joe Gibbs is a three-time Super Bowl winning coach and a NASCAR champion team owner. In 1986 he helped found Youth for Tomorrow, helping provide a safe and healthy environment for at-risk youth. He has authored Fourth and One, Game Plan for Life, and Racing to Win. Joe and his wife Pat have two grown sons, eight grandchildren, and live outside Charlotte, North Carolina.
