A Conversation with a Pro-Life Governor

Even though he grew up as a preacher’s kid, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt didn’t completely turn his life over to Christ until he was in college. Today, the father of six says, “Everything in this world is meaningless compared to our relationship with the Lord.” On today’s edition of Family Talk, Governor Stitt, known as the most pro-life governor in the country, says he signed the toughest abortion ban in America which protects babies from the moment of conception. For example, in May, 1778, General George Washington told his 11,000 soldiers positioned at Valley Forge in the midst of the Revolutionary War that, “To the distinguished character of patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian.”
